I've been here a couple times over the last few months. Each time I came, I was pretty frustrated with hearing issues and didn't know quite what to expect.  Both times I have had quick, cheerful, attentive service not just from the audiologist, but also from the front desk staff. The practice seems to be very efficient and each person knows what they're doing and how to interact with other staff to make the customer experience as seamless as possible. And not only that, they all really seem to look forward to coming to work and collaborating to best serve whoever comes through their doors. It makes a huge difference when people care about what they do, and I get the sense that each of these ladies is happy to be there. And Victoria--she's super personable, warm, and caring. Such a beautiful ray of sunshine. And fast!! Each of my visits took less than 5 minutes. She is extremely knowledgeable and communicates issues well with clients. Lovely name too! :)  Having hearing issues can be such a drag. I'm thankful I can trust Down East Hearing with my care. We help with choice hearing aids & products.
