Thank you for taking the time to explore details about our Brain Function Screening Program! Here is the information I promised. Start with this short introductory video (please pause as needed to read the full screens) that highlights the value of our program. Scroll down to learn more about partnering with us! My Very Best, Carolyn
You’ll receive a personalized event page on our website where residents and their families can easily sign up. Our goal is to make the registration process as simple and streamlined as possible for both your team and the residents. We understand how busy things can be and don't want to make more work for you, so we’ve designed everything to be as stress-free as possible.
Plus, historically speaking, traditional paper sign-up sheets haven’t been as effective in capturing participation, and we truly want this to be a successful event.
And to be cognizant of everyone's time and efforts, if it turns out that only a few residents have "signed up", we will reschedule.
Understanding the brain function of your residents can be incredibly beneficial for everyone involved... which is why we’ve made registration quick and accessible. Staff can assist if needed, or participants can call us directly to sign up or learn more about the screening process.
I would like to schedule a short visit with you so I can show you the display options, including brochures and a sign featuring a simple QR code that links directly to the event page. This would get more attention and encourage more participation =o)
Looking forward to the possibility of collaborating with you to support the cognitive well-being of your cherished residents. Contact me directly to schedule your Friday Event!

*The American Psychological Association:
"All forms of knowing and awareness, such as perceiving, conceiving, remembering, reasoning, judging, imagining, and problem solving."
Cognitive testing is crucial for individuals of ANY AGE, as it helps assess mental functions such as memory, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Understanding cognitive function helps seniors make proactive health choices, enhancing their quality of life and confidence in navigating healthcare.
As mentioned, we offer convenient, 15-minute cognitive screenings right at your facility. These screenings provide early awareness of cognitive changes, empowering residents and their families with information to discuss with their physicians and enhance their wellness plans.
Our service aims to support proactive cognitive health, promoting continued independence and peace of mind for your Seniors. This is open to family members and staff as well! All results are reviewed by a certified professional, and with consent, shared with the resident's physician.
KEY BENEFITS INCLUDE:
Cognitive screening can identify potential brain function issues at an early stage, allowing individuals and healthcare providers to take timely action. Early detection is crucial because it opens up opportunities for prompt intervention and management, which can significantly impact the progression of decline or other related concerns like hearing.
The insights gained from cognitive screening facilitate the development and implementation of personalized strategies and resources. These tailored approaches can enhance learning or coping mechanisms, making it easier for individuals to manage their challenges effectively. By understanding specific cognitive strengths and weaknesses, support can be more accurately aligned with individual needs.
Regular brain function evaluations play a vital role in tracking changes over time. This ongoing monitoring allows for the necessary adjustments to care or educational plans, ensuring that they remain effective and relevant. By keeping a close watch on any changes, interventions can be modified as needed to provide the best possible outcomes.
Cognitive testing provides reassurance about their brain health or that of their loved ones. Knowing that their cognitive function is being monitored can alleviate concerns and offer a sense of security, especially if they have a family history of cognitive disorders.
